No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is confirmed, unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
I have a question about my ticket purchase…
At what age is a guest required to have a ticket?
Youth aged four and above will be required to have a ticket, with this being determined by age on 10 October 2020.
Can I select seats in the Premium – Reserved seating area?
Yes, selection of seats is possible but subject to availability. Please call our ticketing hotline at +65 3158 8588 for enquiries or booking.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Tickets are available at the Singapore Sports Hub Box Office, all SingPost outlets and at the below participating merchants.

What time will ticket services open on tournament day?
Ticket services will be open at 6.30am on Saturday and 8.30am on Sunday. It is highly recommended that individuals purchase tickets prior to the event as tickets available on the day of the tournament are scarce.
Tickets are available at the Singapore Sports Hub Box Office.
Is there special group pricing?
There is no special group purchase at the moment.
Online sales are limited to 28 tickets per transaction. How do I purchase more tickets?

What are the different ticket types?
- “Adult” is age 18 and above as determined by their age on 10 October 2020.
“Youth” is age 4-18 years (inclusive) as determined by their age on 10 October 2020.
“Family package” is made up of at least two adults and two youths.
How can I book wheelchair seating?
There are dedicated areas for accessible seating and these can be purchased by calling our ticketing hotline at +65 3158 8588. In order to ensure that all patrons requiring these tickets have an opportunity to buy them, we can accommodate one wheelchair space and one companion seat. We will attempt to locate additional family and friends in the nearest available seating. Normal ticket limits set by the Promoter for the event apply.

What will the Singapore Sevens schedule look like?
For 2020, gates open at 8:30 am on Day 1 and 9:30 am on Day 2. The final match of Day 1 is scheduled to end at 7:55 pm while the tournament is scheduled to end at 7:26 pm on Day 2.
Is there re-entry to the event?
Yes, there is unlimited re-entry to the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens. A wristband will be handed out upon first entry past the turnstiles on each day.
How is the Singapore Sevens tournament structured?
Day 1 will see 24 group games. Day 2 will see 21 games that decide the final placings.
What can and can’t I bring into the Stadium?
Where are the designated smoking areas?
The HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens is held at a non-smoking venue.
